Add YouTube/RailCam chat viewer and RailCam track diagram to the media player

You can now optionally show YouTube chat for YouTube live feeds if available and also the RailCam chat for RailCam feeds. RailCam feeds can also show the associated track mini diagram where available.

You can toggle the chat on/off using the Yellow (F3) button and the RailCam diagram using the Blue (F4) button
