New 3D Village Halloween theme now available and new background for the old Halloween theme

A new Halloween theme has been added using the popular 3D Village screen savers for the background video.

To switch to it on the Main Menu choose Setup then Theme Settings and change the 'Theme' setting to 3DVillageHALLOWEEN, move to 'Save' and press 'OK'.

NOTE you may have to restart MythQML for the theme to reload properly.
