New MythQML Launcher added

This is a new application that can act as a convenient launcher that allows you to choose to use the old MythTV Frontend or the new MythQML Frontend or even to use Kodi. There are additional menu options to reboot or shutdown the computer or to exit the launcher. Currently by default the launcher will auto-start the MythQML Frontend when it first runs.
