ZoneMinder: show a popup mini player when a camera goes into alarm

This change will show a small popup dialog showing a ZoneMinder camera when it goes into alarm state.

You can see the popup at any time by pressing Z or choose the ZoneMinder... option from the popup menu available on some screens.
