Add new IPTV channel viewer

Add support for a new IPTV channel viewer containing a list of 11000+ channels from around the world.
Press RED (F1) to sort the channel list by Title, Genre, Country or Language.
Press GREEN (F2) to filter the list by Genre.
Press Yellow (F3) to filter the list by Country.
Press BLUE (F4) to filter the list by Language

The viewer uses the latest channel list from iptv-org.
