Add approaching data and better mini diagrams for RailCam web cameras

RailCam webcams can now show approaching data and have better mini diagrams.

To show them press YELLOW (F3) when viewing a RailCam webcam that has the data available. Use RED (F1) / GREEN (F2) to change to previous/next webpage.

NOTE you must have a subscription with RailCam UK for this feature to work.

It's now also possible to show the train times and route data for any approaching trains in the side browser.
